iVPN charges consumers 50 cents for a merchant branded digital mobile gift.

To use the service, a consumer goes to the merchant’s website, or the app powered by iVPN.  When inside the store, the consumer shares the phone’s screen, which displays a bar code for the merchant to scan to complete the payment.   The gift balance is displayed to inform the consumer of what the consumer has available to spend.

iVPN seamlessly integrates into Merchants’ POS systems on existing debit card rails.

After 18 years of exhibiting at NACS conferences, we know that retailers care about their customer experience.  So, we designed our digital product to eliminate what consumers dislike about gift programs – losing money on unused cards.

• The gift token is good for 90 days.
• Every 7 days during the gift period, we send a reminder email prompting the gift recipient that the recipient has money to spend.
• In addition, the perfect gift program gives a retailer the opportunity to include couponing to drive activity to the retailer’s store.

Lottery, as a sector in c-stores, is faced with an enormous loss of in-store traffic by states and private companies operating iLottery in direct competition to their retail sales agents.

Our platform is designed for consumer engagement to retain and increase in-store traffic.  Consumers are carrying less cash and cash is suppressive to lottery sales.

Cash or other payment acceptance methods cannot be used for loyalty. Our platform knows who your lottery players are, where they purchase, how much they spend and how often.

We charge the gift giver a flat convenience fee of $0.50 per transaction, regardless of the transaction amount at the time of purchase.

All approved transactions are guaranteed with next day business settlement.

There are NO REVERSALS, NO CHARGEBACKS. Merchants receive the full tendered amount with a daily settlement report summarizing transactions by store.

iVPN is defined under federal regulations as a payment network.  Neither federal laws nor state regulations place any restrictions on debit processing charges or control which party pays them.  Charging a processing fee to the purchaser rather than the retailer for the sale of lottery products is permissible in states that allow debit cards for lottery purchases.
